Today's Nails

Hey there hope i haven't been away too long just couldn't think of anything to post as i dont have much time now days with all the homework i get, but anyway i seem to ramble on about school on every post, which i shouldn't as the reason why i write this is to get away from school. Anyway today's post is to do with some new nail polishes that i have been trying out which are very exciting, and they are from the brand 'seventeen' surprisingly, however i will only show one in this post you may see the other in a post in the future. Now this nail polish is supposed to be similar to the L'Oreal confetti nail polish which i was thinking of buying, but i stopped myself and waited after seeing the expensive price and the tiny bottle. So lets get onto the pictures..
These are the two polishes i used to create the look, a Barry m Gelly hi shine nail polish in greenberry for a base coat you only need one coat of this as its super opaque and lasts along time on the nails too i totally recommend it. I then added a layer of the seventeen off the wall graffiti nail effects in the colour monochrome you could add more for a more full effect but i chose not too. I love these too polishes together as i think the colours compliment each other perfectly, and sort of looks like a marble effect on the nails or confetti.

Just a quick nail art post, Flamingo Nails.

So i went back to school this week unfortunately so you may see that i haven't posted much and i probably will only be posting Once or Twice a week, also lately i dont know what to post im idea-less so comment below some ideas pleasee.
So on to the actual post, i saw a photo on Google images the other day of some flamingo nails and thought they looked cute so i tried them out, im sorry i cant remember who did them:( The idea is quite clever really and looks really effective but it is actually extremely simple. I absolutely love this look and think it would be great if you try it out too.
For the background colour i used essie Bikini So Teeny, and for the flamingo i used 17 baked cherry and 17 Royal rose(:
Hope you liked the post and stay tuned for more.

The Wah nails book of nail art review.

A bit of a different type of review today, as today the review is about a book. The book is called The Wah Book of Nail Art, and was written by an inspirational woman called Sharmadean Reid. This book includes not only nail art designs but how she created her business and all the tough processes she had to go through, to get where she is today. Which in my eyes is extremely breathtaking. To date Sharmadean has tons of salons around London which are all equally fantastic. Now onto the review.

This book includes 25 nail art projects with step by step instruction and picture tutorials. There are also 100 nail art designs to copy from the pictures. Also on the opposite page of each of the designs there is a wah girl demonstrating how they should look, they also have a brief paragraph telling you about there funniest memories with wah and there personal experiences ( i feel this makes the book more interesting and unique).

Overall, i think this is an excellent book for people who are begginer's at nail art and want to learn more about it and how to do new nail art designs. You can buy this book from AmazonAsos, and Urban Outfitters. This book is also a bargain at 10.00 so you cant go wrong.

P.s it includes stickers, bet you all want it now.
