Late March, Early April Wishlist

Seen as March is finally ending and April is just beginning i thought it was about time i do a wishlist for you lovely lot. Above are some of my most wanted items at the minute. Some of these items may be weird for the weather conditions in England right now, however by having these items i will be able to plan outfits for the summer and maybe the season might come on its way quicker. I wish....

1) Sleek contour kit in light
The reason for this item is simply because i want to try it out, ive heard      many good reviews on this item and also loads of people rave about it on YouTube and use it in their tutorials.

2) Topshop Lace Crop Top
Omg, isn't it beautiful, Oh yes it is. This top is stunning and i think it will go beautifully with my Joni jeans. I've seen one in primark recently for a third of the price however they have my size in and cant wait any longer haha.

3) Asos Petite Bodycon dress
Although this dress is quite simple i think it would look very elegant with the right accessories and a nice clutch bag for a night out, that was my reasoning for buying it.

4) Topshop Whimsical lipstick
Lilly Melrose is the only person I've heard talking about this lipstick, i saw her use it in one of her YouTube videos before and it looked stunning on her, so i thought i would try it

5) White Ankle converse
Simple reason= they will look lovely with crop tops, high waisted Levis and frilly ankle socks in the summer!(:

6) Purple Frill ankle sock
These are so adorable and purple is my favorite colour.

So that was my wishlist, please comment below if you like any of these items or thinking of buying them too. I would also like to wish everybody a happy Easter  hope you received lots of chocolate eggs! Make sure you follow me on bloglovin for more posts like this Amy xx

Nail Rock, nail wraps review

So as you can tell from the title i have a review for you today, this review will be on the nail rock nail wraps range. This range has been out for quite a while now and they have brought out lots of new styles and patterns out recently so i thought why not lets give it a go, as im quite the nail fan.
I first bought some at the end of last year and rather quite liked them as they were super quick to apply (i will talk later on in this post about application) and very convenient for those days when you are in a rush. These are also a good option for people who are very impatient when waiting for nails to dry. I have two packs/patterns of nail wraps to show you.

The pack on the left are metalic giraffe printed and the pack on the right are black and white striped. I love the feel of these wraps on the nail as they are very smooth and look glossy when on the nail. These wraps are also very easy to apply as they have instructions on the back, they also have a website where you can see a tutorial on how to apply them here. The first time i applied these nail wraps they lasted for about 5 days until they started to peel, however the second time they seemed to only last 2 days, as you can see these wraps are not a long time fix.

Application;
You will need a hairdryer (a travel sized one would be perfect)
First you will need to pick the wrap that best fits your nail
After you have done this you will need to stick the wrap on your nail, making sure there are no creases.
Then apply heat using your hairdryer, pressing firmly down on your nail as you do this.
The last step is to file the excess wrap off, using a nail file in downward strokes.

Overall i think these are such a good alternative to nail polish, as they are quick and easy to do and take no effort what so ever. I would buy these again and definitely recommend them to a friend. These wraps are available to buy at bootsasos and the nail rock website and so affordable at £6.70

March haul

So i recently went shopping today and i bought a few things, so i decided to share them with you. I went to three shops Primark, Topshop and boots. I didn't buy much as many things in primark either didn't fit me right or didn't have my size which was disappointing as i really wanted the primark version of topshop's lace crop tops, but ill probably drop by later in the week to see if they have my size and i may do a how i style post with the top, so wait and see. So here's what i bought...

So there is a quick overview of what i bought and below i will show you in more detail.

Joni Jeans- Topshop £36
So after constantly dazing over these jeans online i decided to buy them. I tryed them on in store and they fit perfectly they hug you in just the right praces and look gorgeous on. If you are thinking of getting these, i seriously recomend you buying them as they are so nice and extremely comfy and soft.

Natural collection body mists-Boots £2 each

The next item i bought was 3 body mists from boots (only showing two in the  picture as i got two of the strawberry one) So the reason for this purchase was i have recently ran out of my hollister body mist, and as i do not live near a hollister i was thinking of buying a cheaper option. I saw these in boots on the 3 for 2 offer so i thought why not. I bought two of the Wild strawberry and one of the mango and Papaya they both are very sweet smelling which i love(;

Skull scarf- Primark £3

My next item is a black scull scarf from primark, ive been meaning to buy one of these for ages i so picked one up. I thought this would look gorgeous with my leather jacket.

Earring-Primark £2

My last item was these gorgeous earrings they were only £2 for 9 pairs which i thought was a bargain.

Hope you enjoyed my haul and stay tuned for my next post Amy xx

Cow Nails

For my first proper blog post i thought i would show you a simple and quick design to do on your nails that only requires a dotting tool and some nail polish colors. For this design i was inspired by a picture on instagram of a cow print tee- shirt and i thought, why not do a nail design based on this so i did.

As you can see this design is extremely simple, and does not require many skills at all.
Hope you will try this design out, comment down below if you have tried this design out yourself.
See you in my next post Amy x
