Nail Rock, nail wraps review

So as you can tell from the title i have a review for you today, this review will be on the nail rock nail wraps range. This range has been out for quite a while now and they have brought out lots of new styles and patterns out recently so i thought why not lets give it a go, as im quite the nail fan.
I first bought some at the end of last year and rather quite liked them as they were super quick to apply (i will talk later on in this post about application) and very convenient for those days when you are in a rush. These are also a good option for people who are very impatient when waiting for nails to dry. I have two packs/patterns of nail wraps to show you.

The pack on the left are metalic giraffe printed and the pack on the right are black and white striped. I love the feel of these wraps on the nail as they are very smooth and look glossy when on the nail. These wraps are also very easy to apply as they have instructions on the back, they also have a website where you can see a tutorial on how to apply them here. The first time i applied these nail wraps they lasted for about 5 days until they started to peel, however the second time they seemed to only last 2 days, as you can see these wraps are not a long time fix.

Application;
You will need a hairdryer (a travel sized one would be perfect)
First you will need to pick the wrap that best fits your nail
After you have done this you will need to stick the wrap on your nail, making sure there are no creases.
Then apply heat using your hairdryer,pressing firmly down on your nail as you do this.
The last step is to file the excess wrap off, using a nail file in downward strokes.

Overall i think these are such a good alternative to nail polish, as they are quick and easy to do and take no effort what so ever. I would buy these again and definitely recommend them to a friend. These wraps are available to buy at bootsasos and the nail rock website and so affordable at £6.70

  3. Such a shame they only last two days! I've heard great things about the Essie ones, though. Haven't tried them yet. Thank you for the review, you saved me from buying a big no-no!
